Troubleshooting Tips

Using the provided computer, if you do not hear any sound:

  1. Ensure your computer's sound is on and turned up, and selected properly
    1. Left-click the speaker icon in your taskbar
    2. Press/hold the right-arrow key on the keyboard until loud enough
    3. If there is a red circle with an X
      1. Right-click the speaker icon
      2. Click Sounds
      3. Click Playback,
      4. Right click an option on the list, and left-click Enable on the device marked with a black arrow
