In the case that MatLAB is not activated during lab usage, a professor should be able to activate the software using their credentials for immediate results. 

Activation

  1. Click on the Search Bar/Start
  2. Search for Activate MATLAB
  3. Select the Activate MATLAB R20xx App.
  4. When prompted:
    1. If you're an administrator
    2. If you're not an administrator, i.e. a Student, have a professor or tech support enter their MacID and Password
  5. Select Advanced Options in the top right corner
  6. Choose I want to use a license file
  7. Click on Browse
  8. Go to the path C:\Program Files\MATLAB\licenses
  9. Select the network.lic file
  10. Click on Activate
  11. Click on Close
