Printing - ETB/MARC

Download Drivers

  1. Download the Smart Start printer Driver for your system from either:
    1. Windows
      1. Xerox Smart Start - Driver Installer
      2. Microsoft APP Store
    2. OSX
      1. Xerox Smart Start - Driver Installer
        NOTE: use Mac OS Common Print Driver Installer
  2. Accept the UAC if required
  3. Agree to the Terms of Service
  4. Select the correct printer from the discovered printers by clicking quick install:
    1. If you don't see desired printer listed, you might need to connect to the VPN if you're on the WiFi
    2. Select "Don't your printer?"
    3. Enter the printer IP in the textbox as:
      1. 130.113.86.63 - 1st Floor
      2. 130.113.102.11 - 2nd Floor
      3. 130.113.129.94 - 5th Floor
      4. 130.113.158.49 - MARC 260
    4. click Continue
    5. Click Quick Install
  5. Click Done

Configure Authentication

Windows 11
  1. Open the run Dialog with ⊞ Win + R
  2. Type in control printers
  3. Select Printers & Scanners

  4. Select the printer that was just installed i.e. ETB 219 PS
  5. Click on More Devices and Printers settings. This will open up a new window
  6. Right Click on the printer that was just installed and select Xerox Printer Properties

  7. In the accounting tab, under:
    1. Default User ID type in the authentication as required i.e. printer code or MacID
    2. Default Account ID type in the corresponding password i.e. printer code or MacID password
Windows 10
  1. Open the run Dialog with ⊞ Win + R
  2. Type in control printers
  3. Right Click on the printer that was just installed and select Xerox Printer Properties
